Ebb Therapeutics developed an innovative, new-to-market medical device to treat individuals with insomnia by helping them fall asleep faster.  With our recent FDA clearance and substantial Series B funding, we are currently seeking highly motivated and skilled, creative professionals to join our growing team as we prepare for commercial launch.  With millions of people suffering from insomnia, you would be a part of a talented group of individuals who are passionate about bringing new technologies and products to the market that help individuals with chronic sleep disorders live better and more productive lives.

Ebb Therapeutics has an immediate need for a
full time Strategic Account Manager that is interested in joining an organization on ground floor.  The candidate will work within the sales team and will be tasked with Identifying and developing key strategic customers.  The candidate should have a proven track record of selling into Regional or National players in the healthcare market.

Candidate must be a strong communicator, a solid team player, agile learner, and be self-motivated.  They must deliver the essential job responsibilities, but also have the drive and talent to expand the role and grow with the company. Candidates should possess a demonstrated history of selling to physicians and key customers within the Healthcare Industry.  Key customers would include Hospitals, Sleep Labs, Sleep Specialists, Primary Care Physicians, Internists, Pulmonologists, Nurse Practitioners, Physician 
Assistants and Psychiatrists.  Additionally, experience in developing business opportunities for Sleep Labs, Sleep Specialists and Physician Practices is a plus for this role. The candidate must also be confident and resourceful when faced with challenges related to a start-up company.

Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Responsible for managing assigned Strategic Accounts at C-Suite
  • Responsible for working with sales and marketing organization to develop strategies and programs specifically targeted to their respective strategic account(s)
  • Responsible to develop and implement strategies to expand sales within their respective strategic accounts
  • Responsible for educating key customers and referral sources
  • Responsible for building and fostering relationships with Key Opinion Leaders
  • Responsible for training business partners and customers on the correct use of products
  • Responsible for entering Strategic Account information in CRM
  • Responsible for reporting on Strategic Account Business to Executive Management
Work Environment
This job operates in a remote setting with significant travel. Expectations are that the candidate will maintain an office in their home.

Physical Demands
This is a largely a filed role and will require some light lifting of products and product displays. 

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Some weekend work will be required as conferences and work-related meetings will require weekend participation

Greater than 70% travel is expected for this position. PLEASE NOTE: Texas, 
Illinois and Georgia are the preferred locations, however other locations may be considered.

Required Education and Experience
  • BA or BS degree
  • 8+ years of sales in healthcare, preferably medical devices
  • Experience calling on Regional and National Accounts
  • Demonstrated history of sales success
  • Experience calling on Physicians in the sleep and insomnia space
  • Excellent knowledge of selling processes and sales training methods
  • Proficient in the use of, word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Understanding CRM systems
  • Demonstrated history of executing strategic plans
  • Not required but a plus:
    • Clinical Practice Development
    • Sales and Marketing Directly to Patients
    • Introduction of new or novel products
    • Sleep Experience
